Submit work for 44AD’S A-Z Online Exhibitions
Each online exhibition will feature a collection of artwork that responds to a word, starting with a different letter of the alphabet running through A-Z.

This exhibition will be guest curated by Maxim Jones.
Maxim is a painter living and working in Bath. As part of the 44AD team he also keeps the website up to speed and looking good! His primary focus is on mark making, gesture, colour, and the relationship of these elements to language. One of his primary concerns is to navigate the space between the poetic, what can be done with paint, and what is subsequently seen. Maxim studied painting at Winchester School of Art, and also has an MA in Art History from University of East Anglia. He has contributed to many 44AD exhibitions, and twice been our Featured Artist.
