Exhibition & Creative Hub continues: Weds 19th - Sun 23rd Sep 2018, Open: 12pm - 5pm (Sun 1pm - 4pm)
A group of artists had 48 Hours to respond to the word BALANCE, followed by a team of curators to organise and present the unseen work.
Each 48 Hours notice exhibition revolves around the making and exhibiting of artworks at a very short notice, and there is no pressure to create a masterpiece; presented artwork may even be a work in progress. The 48 Hours notice project is very much about exploring the process of creativity and the generation of ideas with the aim of initiating a dialogue between the audience, artist/artworks and the space.
Featuring painting, installation, photography, print, performance and video… let’s see what will happen!
Deviation Street Magazine Launch Issue II
As perfect accompaniment, our friends at Deviation Street Magazine will also be bringing a sense of ad-lib and spontaneity to the house. In the back gallery of 44AD they will be hosting a Creative Hub, cram-packed with DIY ethos.
A space where you can create your own zine, poster, or pamphlet; inviting you to take what you make or participate in their collective art zine project.
